There are people who are born in bodies that feel foreign to them. Such individuals have a gender identity that differs from the sex they were assigned at birth. Luckily, current medicine allows people to change their gender and the way they look with the help of surgery and hormone therapy.
We at Bright Side collected 15 brave people who have already started their long journey toward getting their true gender identity, and we admire each and every one of them.
